There's a sale going on right now for (I think) all the Doom games on Steam. It's $33. Does anyone know if these will get the remaster content, too?
There's a Quake bundle available now, too.
"The news organizations contacted by Apple include Conde Nast, publisher of Vogue and The New Yorker; NBC News; and IAC, which owns People,..."
They really should have included the word 'Magazine' after that last entry. There's something dystopic about the phrase "IAC, which owns People."
Our healthcare system is so fucked up, it's easy to wind up with hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical debt. Private health insurance and supposedly non-profit yet highly predatory hospitals contribute greatly to the problem.
Does their system factor in railroads? I live in a town that is heavily crossed by train tracks. Waze routes will seem great until I'm stuck for several minutes waiting for a train to cross.
I just read that this movie had a $14 million opening weekend, so it's not exactly setting the world on fire. Of course, this/. post is the first I've heard of it, so it seems like maybe they should have spent more on advertising.
Agreed, that's funny.
I get the idea, though. People experience distress, so only sometimes does that lead to actual suffering.
Still, it happens often enough that maybe dropping DST would be worth it.
Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
