I work for a company that has no infrastructure of its own, and as a consequence any cloud servers I access need IP access rules setup to match my IP. My IP doesn't change much at all at home. I'm currently working abroad, and the 4G SIM IP does change a lot!!! Therefore, I am VPNing into my own home. So, this isn't to get round geo, or hide my actions - I could log in to the cloud portals and change the rules... that is tedious. This is purely to give me a consistent IP in real terms.

I would venture they need to be heavily trained, but, along with any 'Do you feel lucky, punk?' passengers also heavily armoured!
