I find game consoles are nice because you only use them to play games! You use your computer to do all kinds of things related to work, whereas a game console is simply used for games... Don't get me wrong, I certainly like computer games, but with consoles you don't need to worry about having the most up to date hardware or enough hard drive space or worrying about it crash - it's just fun... -Super
