If you process WVO using either potassium or sodium methohydroxide process, you can process the WVO into BioDiesel for anywhere from 60-80 per gallon, labor not withstading.
As to the NY guys being shut down. They didn't get shut down due to anti-trust laws, they got shut down because they weren't paying "for road use" taxes to the DOT and the State.
