If this is proven to be true, would anyone who knowingly has sex when 'infectious' be culpable of criminal negligence?
if:
A. you can easily get the treatment to become non-infectious
and
B. it's a well known procedure that you would have a reasonable chance of hearing about
IANAL, but i'd like to know what one might think
