I had this man for a grad level Data Communications course at the Boston University Corporate Education Center, Tyngsboro MS in 1993.
He was a brilliant guy who loved teaching. His expertise was broadband networks, and he set up most of the insurance companies in Boston. He had a work partner named Richard Goglia.
He worked on some part of the Hubble repair in FL that fall. He couldn't tell us much bc classified.
But he was able to show us videos he took of the scarred up blackened launch area beneath where the rocket sits. In a lab to show us how video, audio and data signals are configured on a network.
I lost track but will never forget him. Especially when anything about the Hubble comes up
Agree! The only reason that businesses select Office 365, and the reviled Teams, is that they are already using Windows as a client. Literally will toss Slack out, along with years of built out documentation, chats, procedures, etc.
I'm in a rural area. Just about the very business that accepts cards or online payments will charge you a fee to use a CC. Debit charge is either lower or waived. Suffice to say, I'll send a check to my electrician. His charge to use a card online is a flat $25.
"Jan 3, 2023 â" Facial recognition technology is legal in New York, but lawyers have sued MSG Entertainment, saying the exclusion list is forbidden......"
This was news for a hot minute. Beyond the right of businesses to refuse service, they must have to store some biometric data, otherwise how would "the system" recognize you in the first place?
