Quantum Encryption and the Grav-net (Score 1)

If anyone is interested I have been studying an underground operation called Grav-net that have been working on quantum computers and quantum encryption. They have some very startling news they have discovered in their experiments. Much of the technical information describes a blend of fractal theory, quantum mechanics, and neural networks.
