Yup, I agree. I haven't used shampoo for around 7 years and only use soap on my hands - and that includes after running in the hills / cycling / getting covered in mud etc. A good scub with a cloth works just dandy
My body feels good - and I don't smell. My girfriend's even suprised I don't smell. And no, I'm not French either!
