I agree with you. I am a end user, using Ubuntu. For command line I just copy-paste. It usually takes about 3 weeks to find a answer to get my little problem fixed. Windows is much easier, but what I don't like about Windows is that you cant control the way the programs install themselves. A GUI is soo much more easier. There is a big learning curve using Ubuntu and understanding the command line and how to use it. People do not want to type in a command line.
