Talking of firefox extensions this one is a must have https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php ?id=1457 It lets you see thumbnails of your open webpages.
Real Programs don't use shared text. Otherwise, how can they use functions for scratch space after they are finished calling them?
