"The problem with decentralized social media platforms thus far is that their user base is minuscule " No the problem is that somebody has to pay for hosting. As simple as that. The like Mastodon are only sustainable right now because it's userbase is miniscule. But the effect of "who's gonna pay" question is that you have to go through complicated hosting selection procedure and that's what scares most people off. In Facebook you pay with your data and attention. I don't see sustainable idea how to achieve that in "decentralized" manner.

The problem is with CEP down from 5m to say 30m $100k GLMRS becomes a glorified Tornado ($5k) rocket. And its payload is not enough to engage a target w/o massive rocket spend. All the while I don't hear the same reports about successful EW against Russian UMPK 500kg bombs with KOMET Glonass modules. If there's any game changer at current stage of the war, it's the Russians that have it.

On the one hand the end users (bug suppliers) get non-repudiable and prooven leger of their suppliers transactions on the other every party is basically exposing their business business flat to the competitors. Everybody will see what everybody else is doing on the real time. Suppliers can eliminate middle man by learning their suppliers. Vendors can peek competitors plans and business models. Unless this is somehow addressed in a way that doesn't break the whole blockchain idea joining such a network would be a business suicide.

2nd issue I've always had with such a private small blockchains is how will the >50% hack be prevented. And what are rewards that keep the parties invest more and more processing power to prevent that in the long run?
