Maybe Trump isn't the problem when you feel it necessary to censor his speech. If your counter-arguments fail to sway a non-trivial portion of persons who subscribe to Trump's viewpoint, maybe your arguments aren't very good or maybe Trump has a point. Suppressing viewpoints that you don't like has a history in ending up poorly. Shame on Facebook for banning Trump but leaving other users of it's service that specifically and clearly condone and advocate violence to remain.

So when this "digital mob" incorrectly identifies someone as being at the Capitol on 1/6/2021 and whatever group goes to their home, place of business, etc. and harasses them (or worse), who is going to be held responsible? When the incorrectly identified person loses their job because of "cancel culture", who is going to provide them restitution for their loss? This is the definition of a "bad idea". We have law enforcement whose JOB is to investigate just this sort of thing and to do it in a professional manner. If private citizens want to help, good on them, but putting up a website isn't the way to accomplish that goal.
