I called the offices of both Senator Bill Nelson and Mel Martinez. I was assured by a very polite female staffer that Senator Nelson was opposed to retroactive immunity. The male staffer I spoke with in Mel Martinez's office stated that "Senator Martinez has yet to release his position on S. 2248." I can only assume that Martinez will vote in favor of S. 2248.
