Ahhhh yeah it's Guo Wengui again. He and Bannon collaborated to spread propaganda online about January 6th - hyping it up beforehand, hyping it up the day-of calling the scumbags "Patriots", then spreading the "It was really BLM/Antifa!" bullshit among other messages afterwards. I'm sure this new social media platform will be used for good...

I'm just wondering what the next FUD will be when this move is complete...

It won't be environmental since mining in North America is greener than China, not will it be "Communist-controlled crypto!" anymore.

Perhaps people will try out the "Crypto is only used by criminals!" angle again? I see that one has already popped up here.

Every time someone tries that last one out with BTC I just giggle in XMR.

"Cryptards" are talking about it because it's true? Crypto miners are capturing gas flares now, using geothermal now, using wind and solar. Some use coal and other dirty sources still, but the industry is having a strong ESG push. I'm sure you've researched this though before your shitpost, right? Y'all need new talking points. I wonder what the "bitcoin bad" point will be in 2025? 2030?

The US ain't doing anything but legitimizing crypto. Look around: it's taxed now. Institutions and biz are adopting it. ETF's are coming out. Mining is getting more and more green every day.

There is no bottling-back-up of the blockchain genie, try as you might, it's here to stay. It will only grow.

Because fiat and banks aren't used for crime too? How many "cost of doing business" fines have major banks faced for laundering cartel money for instance? I would love to see a study on how much crime is transacted in fiat vs crypto.

Also crypto mining is going renewable. Even the seemingly-confused Musk has admitted it incentivizes renewables lol

Regulation is coming but it won't be to kill off crypto, rather it will be to further legitimize it IMO.

He would be ecstatic with all the news coming out of the psychedelic sector I feel. In the past month we've found out that psilocybin is at least as effective as an anti-depressant and now that MDMA appears to work for PTSD. This is just the beginning, and that man helped pave the way for today. These medicines heal and with less side-effects and more immediate-impact. They will revolutionize mental healthcare IMO.
