Obviously, Wikipedia is the most well-known, at least from the Slashdotter perspective. I mentioned Memory-Alpha in my last JE. However, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of wikis out there.

So here's a challenge for anyone who happens to read this: Tell us what your favorite wiki is, and tell us the strangest and/or most interesting wiki you've found. Links preferred.

My favorite is the still the first wiki ever [c2.com] : the Portland Pattern Repository [c2.com]. I learned a lot about programming from the pages there. You can learn more about how the Design Principles [c2.com] used by Ward Cunningham [c2.com] for programming it.
