OR....they won't hire an irresponsible kid, and thus save the company a ton of money by hiring a BETTER qualified individual...that doesn't have a propensity for making mistakes.
What's so hard about NOT making major mistakes as a kid? I didn't...nearly every single person I know didn't....and that covers people in multiple generations...
We don't understand this facebook problem everyone keeps talking about where potential employers see things on your facebook that would keep you from being hired.
Maybe if you make "mistakes" you shouldn't get the job? Maybe?
