Should have used a less capable camera and made the entire phone skinny.. all that talk of ceramic 2 on both sides also means you would not need a case.. ? You can get a $4 usb-c to 3.5mm dongle to compliment your $5 earphones .. charging can still be done at the same time with a more expensive dongle or wirelessly It was never blocked .. just most people who own Bluetooth buds / Pods understand the instant lifestyle upgrade ..

I still use my iPhone 11 Pro Max as a daily driver dedicated for work (occasionally checking emails and Teams messages). Battery lasts for days on a single charge now (Capacity still at 82%). Phone will keep going for years at this rate.
