I believe nuclear plants get upgraded and retrofitted all the time. I had a talk at my university once held by a man in charge of organizing annual maintenance and upgrades for a reactor. (He worked full time on this, shutting down a reactor for a couple of weeks of maintenance and upgrades takes a year, or more, of planning.)

I too am surprised there is no "using it already" option. I already use an app by my bank that lets me transfer money from my account directly to another just by entering their phone number. Very useful for small stuff like paying your buddy for the life elixir he bought you, no need to carry cash around.

Lots of people seem to not understand what "free speech" means. All it means is that the government can't arrest you or otherwise stop you from expressing an opinion. This does not apply to a privately owned corporation, they are free to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Daesh are free to spout their drivel in a cave in middleofnowherestan as much as they like, we don't have to listen or provide them with a soapbox to stand on.
