I think that's an amazingly small number for 29 years in IT. Over that time, with just 4 companies, I've worked for more groups with more job descriptions than I can remember.

I propose that we leave the term 'broadband' alone, leaving it to its current 'definition' in the various contexts outside of 'true' speed. Rather, we enforce the use of another statistic that indicates what the consumer should expect in 'real world' scenarios. The providers should be forced to put that statistic, with very clear labeling, in their propaganda.

When I was at IBM, E3 or XEDIT on VM was the way to go.

My mobile has a keyboard. The nice thing about any texting mechanism is that one doesn't have to respond immediately. With voice, all parties have to agree that it's a convenient time for all to talk. With e-mail or IM, I can respond when it's convenient for _me_.

Note that "567" is not a plausible octet in the example IP (v4) address as shown in IV.A.9 on page 4 of the complaint.
