No way! I'm not a supporter of smoking or the tobacco industry in general, BUT the tobacco industry IS a company, and should NOT be regulated to pay health care for those who abuse the product. The responsibility of the users is *logically* their OWN. However harsh this may sound, the tobacco industry should not be _Federally_ held liable for health care.
As stated in someone's earlier post, Nintendo's quick willingness to provide a product that counteracts the blisters is a big plus for its morals, because Nintendo has absolutly NO legal responsibilty for their users's blistered palms.
Stupidity runs wild in the federal law. People sue for the dumbest reasons looking for a quick buck. I can't believe what companies have to suffer through. If you began and ran a successful corporation(or, have high hopes for the future), you wouldn't want these moneygrubbing fools to ruin your reputation and profits would you?
