A simple Wikipedia search will tell you that Diebold no longer owns the voting machine business. It was originally acquired in 2002 by Diebold then subsequently sold off to ES&S in 2009. Not sure if the security problem has been fixed since then, but with the machine still having the Diebold logos, it is a very old unit. The Diebold name was not placed on machines after 2006.

I prefer to be able to select my difficulty level and have the game simply react that way. I may be an outlying data point but I don't play games for a massive challenge. I do it to pass the time and escape from reality. If a game becomes too difficult I simply cast it aside as it is not having the intended effect of relaxing me.

Thank you Apple for protecting me from myself yet again. I certainly wouldn't want to hide anything from the government! I LOVE the way that Apple "just takes care of me!" It's the best thing I've ever had!
