New look is just fine for most of the browsers I
use.

Of course, I use Arachne, Links and Elinks in
DOS, and Links in Linux. The DOS browsers do not
have javascript capability and ignore anything
they don't understand - so they don't bother
with that silly panel that blocks the screen
with more "sophisticated" browsers.

Should be to go round talk to all your people - if you are any kind of manager, IT or anything else.
These are the individuals who will make or break your performance, and you need their support just as they need yours.
