Most of the boxes where I work that have problems, are bitting the dust because the user has tried to install (or worse un-install) some software themselves. Taking away the ability to hose the system from the avarage user in the corporate workplace in not a bad thing. Have the network folks who hopefully know what they're doing add/remove software.
