About 14% have telephony but about 40% have power. RF issues are being dealt with, and even in the USA with great Broadband optiosn, many regions will only have a powernetwork for potential broadband, which I see as another long haul alternative, rather than trying to lay fibre, which is not econmically viable in many areas, of low population density.
