Unfortunantely, X11R6 doesn't currently support multiple monitors (natively). Supposedly version 4.0 will have multi-headed support (See their web site at http://www.xfree86.org), but until then you'll have to wait. The only other alternative is to purchase the MetroX server, which supports multiple displays on Matrox Millenias ONLY.
