Why is there so much anger and disgust oozing from the replies of the anti-fanboys in discussions like this? It does nothing to help support the validity of your arguments. After all is said is done, Microsoft still appears to be the winner to me. If it's all so simple and their work is so floored where is the competing OS to topple this scourge upon the IT community? Seems there isn't one to me. Maybe that's because MS get all the most important things to the majority of the people right while failing in a few areas that matter mostly to the very vocal minority above, all the while no doubt creating many of your jobs. Google appears to be creating a possible alternative but it won't be in the form of any traditional OS, as innovation has always been their way forward. I don't think the infrastructure or hardware is in place yet for what Google has planned so it's very hard to say if and when they might pose a real challenge. Point being that any real facts mention here as to why Vista might not be everything Microsoft is promising are completely voided by the pathetic one sided arguments of those that are unable to remove themselves from the overall situation and speak objectionably and unfortunately that appears to be the majority of you.
