We see these types of articles all of the time, but none of the parties mentioned in the articles ever actually purchased a bunch of Linux PCs. Very few of them even migrated to Linux in the end.

Windows is simply more ubiquitous and easier to use, as is Apple Macintosh, which is why both will remain in schools and Linux will never get in (at least not in any discernable amount).
