Well, is the B-52 still being produced? According to wiki it isn't. The fuselages will be pretty old by then.

The C-130 J that is now being produced, while basicly the same shape (it's longer), is also equipped with new avionics, engines, instruments and pretty much everything else, so it might not be a great example.

The question is whether they are proposing to use the same old fuselages or if they want new completely new B-52s

Well, Lobasomething apparently subscribes to the belief that all soldiers are mindless robots without consciences. It should go without saying that this isn't true. There is such a thing as illegal orders, and it's every soldier's duty to not follow orders he or she believes are illegal.

As a soldier, I can only note your lack of insight in how the military works.

It makes it a LOT easier to keep in touch with friends, both local and friends in other countries. Its a useful tool, at least for me.
