I hate to say this, but (Score:1)
I'm sorry that the website is considered hard to use, but I'm sure it wasn't malicious. Instead of a lawsuit, why don't people call and OFFER TO HELP! Seems like a more useful, and cheaper, way of getting things accomplished. (Well, lawyers wouldn't get paid...)
I've had a pet peave ever since a guy sued Southwestern Bell because he couldn't be a line man. The fact that he didn't have any legs to climb poles.... Wonder why my telecommunications bill is so high.. Hmm....
Really, I'm all for helping anyone who will help themselves. But once you bring lawyers into the fray, you've lost my goodwill...
