Experts: Accounting rules cannot be blamed (Score 1)

Apple's excuse of charging $1.99 for the software update to satisfy accounting rules is not credible, according to members of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. FASB writes the rules, known as GAAP, that Apple is eluding to. So there goes that excuse.
