I think it was gamespy (or somebody) that made a list of the 50 (or 100, or whatever) best moves in the gaming industry, and including R.O.B. was near the top, as it actually got the console on a shelf when stores were completely shunning them post-Atari.

Wired had a Top 100 Robots list. R.O.B. was in it for the very same reason.

As for me, I voted Nintendo-Microsoft-Sony. I think Microsoft will beat Sony only because the Xbox 360 is out now and the PS3 is going to be bloody expensive.
