It says right on the package that they are flushable wipes. If they are not breaking down as they should, I think the manufacturers of those wipes should at least have to pay the cities and counties that have had to clear the clogs. Stop making them or re-formulate them so they do break down correctly, or just put a warning to not flush them on the package. False advertising when you say they are flushable and they cause clogs and damage. I personally have had to clear the drain twice at our house (never had problems at our previous condo) and now we don't use them.
