That's all well and good, in North Carolina. But, how is it going to play as a precedent in other courts? Particularly of interest is the federal level. I haven't kept up on the various decisions lately, but I believe other court rulings have supported the MPAA/RIAA.

I sincerely doubt that a judge in California will see things the same way. Of course, I've been wrong before.

Additionally, what's the motivation for organizations (schools or ISPs) to fight for privacy versus just rolling over? I don't hear much of an outcry from the public over this bullshit, so it's not like they're really trying to protect their images. And, we all know that corporations don't go to much effort just on priciple (schools are a bit better in this regard).

In terms of "selling piracy", the MPAA/RIAA have won. The public really buys into the idea of it being stealing (as opposed to copyright infringment), and doesn't seem to get too pissed off over the draconian punishments that have been handed down. Even people who are fairly technically literate, or well versed in law, often don't see the distinction between theft and infringement. It's pretty sad. Who else is up for forming a non-profit, whose mission is to educate the public on intellectual property issues? Lastly, if the public doesn't understand the issue all that well, can we really expect much better of the judiciary? In an ideal world, the judiciary represents the populace (of course, I'd hope them to be much smarter than the average asshole on the street though).

Second, I never said I was smart either. I am assuming that is what you meant by your remark about why I am not at Harvard. Going to Harvard or MIT does not mean you are intelligent nor does not attending such a university make you dumb. There are plenty of examples of people who did not even graduate high school yet went on to be very successful. Also, affirmative action does allow a fair amount amount of substandard chinks, niggers and spics into schools that they would never otherwise get into. In high school, I witnessed this for the first time. Someone from my class got into Cal Tech despite the fact that he had not taken either physics or calculus. He was a total fucking idiot. He was also not white.

Third, it is my belief that chinks, spics and niggers are not as intelligent as Caucasians. I am sure a study could be done to prove it but no one would have the balls to perform it. Thus, my belief is based on a lifetime of observations. It is ludicrous to think that while traits such as skin color, size, endurance, strength, facial features can vary widely from race to race, intelligence is set in stone and every race is equal. No one is going to question you if you say that border collies are a hell of lot smarter than golden retrievers. But wait, they are all dogs, right? I simply cannot accept the bleeding heart liberal assumption that all races are equal in all aspects. Sure, there are some smart chinks, some smart niggers and plenty of stupic Caucasians, but I believe that on average, Caucasians are most intelligent race. Just like I believe that on average, Kenyans would probably come out on top in the endurance category and Pacific Islanders would surely score high in the obesity category. Race is simply not skin deep. Show me a scientific study that proves otherwise and I will consider it. Barring that, I will base my beliefs on my own observations. At least they have some basis.

For example...

In college, I associated with two collections of chinks. The first were born and raised in the US. I had several friends from this group. Most of them were from rich families and went to decent schools. The second group were the ones who populated large portions of the math and engineering courses I took and smaller portions of the life science course I took. (As an aside, niggers and spics were almost completely absent from all of these courses.) This second group was comprised almost entirely of chinks who had come directly from their country of birth to study in the US. If you have ever attended one of these classes at a decent school, you will probably be familiar with the fact that 95% of the time that a chink raises his/her hand in class, he/she will speak in broken English.

There was absolutely no intersection between these two groups. The US born chinks were complete idiots. The requirements for admission at my school were a 3.7 GPA and something like 1200 - 1250 combined SAT. There is no way any of these US born chinks attained that. Most were in remedial courses and the ones that weren't struggled immensely. By the way, I once walked with one of these chinks to his math 101 class and discovered where the niggers and spics were.

I have reasoned that this is because they represented the average chink. They all lived privileged lives, went to good schools, wanted for nothing, yet they still could not compete.

The foreign born chinks, however, most likely represented the cream of their respective societies. Top-of-the-line chinks, so to speak. Their governments know that they need engineers and scientists to survive. They send their best students to the US and Europe to get an education that cannot be provided in their home countries. Once they get an education, they often go back home to try to improve the shitholes that they live in. How often do you hear about someone from the US going to study for a technical degree in a chink country? Or Africa? Rarely, if ever.

After college, I spent quite a few years doing research in a laboratory setting.Again, all the chink post docs were foreigners. (Again, niggers and spics were absent at all levels.) You know what I learned? Chinks are lazy and they lie, repeatedly. The falsify their research. They misrepresent data. They do not listen to their supervisors. While I worked in that lab, we had to publish 3 restatements of findings and 1 all out retraction. They were all chink related. That is a very, very high number.

When I left to pursue a career in industry, I learned the same thing. Chinks are lazy, sloppy, and they lie. (Still no niggers or spics, not even as applicants.) Their work is shit. They never show up, they have crappy work ethics. This is why that even with some smart chinks, most countries in Asia are third world. If they are so smart, if the foreign born chinks in US universities represent the average chink, one would think that Asia would be filled with superpowers. With all those resources and all those smart chinks, nothing would be able to stop them.

As far as nigs and spics, as I have noted, they are absent from any industry that requires a brain so there is not much to say about them.
