By selling, producing, publishing and in any way making available to the general public any computer software or product, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Imitaion is not reverse engineering.
2. Despite Microsoft's best efforts, selling broken software so that a company can force a new shrinkwrap agreement is evil.
3. The end-user, or customer retains the right to do with the purchased computer products whatever he sees fit.
4. Taking something apart to understand how it works is not illeagal, and should never be.
5. As a software or hardware company in the computer industry, you recognize that the shrink wrap "leagal" agreements and any other license restrictions that I deem to be unreasonable do not apply to me.
6. If you really think it does, then I didn't agree to it because I never had the chance. As per Microsoft's previously stated claims that used machines with software already installed should not be reformatted for linux or other os's, I got my machine used and all the software whose license agreement(s) you might think i violated were pre-installed and thus never presented me with said license agreements, hence I was never given an opportunity to read, agree or disagree with them.
This is my customer license agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, please signify so by: stop accepting checks from me, stop accepting cash from me, stop making your product(s) available to me and refunding all money spent by me on your product(s).
By selling me your product and accepting my payment, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
ADDENDUM:
Any attempted legal action against myself or anyone I know signifies your acceptance of the following legally binding contract:
You do hereby agree that no matter what is said in or out of court, I am selling the service of legal document proof reading and hence, any that should come my way will be spell checked and you will be billed. Any attempt to reverse this contract or break it in any way, will signify your acceptance of my bill for $10,000 for my time invested in dealing with you, payable immediately.
