The first superbowl is in this same limbo, someone has a copy, but the NFL claims copyright (they dont have a copy however). This script may be a one of a kind as well. They own the physical media, but the rights are still held by the creator or the estate. This is sorta a legal quagmire, The copyright holder cant reproduce it, which is the purpose of copyright (to allow for reproduction) and the physical owner may not be allowed to even sell the media (time shifting is legal but only personal use). Mix in some questions if copyright applies since the law at the time was "strange".

However, the NES went from Mario 1 (Single Direction Left to right) to Mario 3 (Move in any Direction at any time) over its lifespan. The early Model S could easily have some bottle necks like it waits for the next update from the tires or something before rendering a frame. Your talking a mix of embedded and standard computing tech all working togeather to make the car work and a prototype only really worked on by Tesla it self. So he could easily find bottle necks and provide better ways to render things.

The student loan collections team created this myth of the insanely high standard, then echo chambered it for a good 10+ years. Several student borrowers have challenged the Brunner test because "Undue hardship" is not defined and the court just sorta came up with a standard that was more or less much harder then what even congress intended. The difficulty is that people in this situation do not often have any means of fighting as they have no cash to pay for legal help.

What's the alternative? Right now ComCrap can add 1$ to your bill called "You love us!" as the line item and you then have to call them to remove it. As only some % of people will call, and it costs less to fix those who were harmed then the value they get for this stunt they can steal from the entire customer base forever.

See this is why your not an expert, If you were you would know your Antibody production to COVID declines after the 2nd to 3rd month because the virus has a immune response suppression effect on the immune system. We don't know why this is the case of course but we know its a serious issue that after about 3 months you can acquire the disease again. Based on projections you also may lose your immunity after about 12 months from the mRNA vaccine for again, unknown reasons. This means that to effectively fight a disease like this we would ideally be giving people shots yearly, which in fact we already did for the regular flu shot. So this time next year we will be incorporating mRNA vaccines into the flu shot for people at risk of this Virus and life will return to normal. But of course you don't pay attention to the experts so you risk death every new flu season at your own risk.

A normal firm cant do the above things. In many cases Amazon can for many reasons. Employment contracts for at risk workers are through 3rd party agencies. Amazon never fires the agent, the agency says they failed to meet performance goals and were terminated. Amazon never pays claims, the agency does. When the claims get to high the agency goes out of business and a new agency contracts with Amazon to get them workers. This means Amazon only pays in taxes, which they often do not pay as they almost always reinvest all income into new things. They also follow Walmarts lead by becoming the only game in town, negotiating lower taxes or no payroll tax for building distribution in various areas. Amazon is one version of what happens when a single firm gets this much power and has no care about anyone but the shareholders.

There are rules, and there are "Rules". To get your permit approved you MUST follow the unwritten rules like "If a Community group puts up a roadblock, you must appease them to continue." The Rules as written give a LOT of power to the local community to block you from building. If you fail to give into their demands they will shut you down with endless "There might be a migratory bird who lives on your vacant parking lot". So ya, builders can follow the rules, but often fail if they only follow the written ones.
