This points to a huge deficiency in government; no accountability. The sad thing is no matter how irate everyone here is, or how criminal the act. The people responsible- namely Jimmy Gianato- as Fund Manager - he will not even get a slap on the wrist. Until corrupt lifetime politicians go to jail for violating the law; this will keep happening. To much power and no consequences for their actions... I think I might want to change my carrier...... This is what happens when you get a society addicted to the term "you've got mail" look for a new slogan like "you've got cable" I think that if AOL wants to spend 121 billion on something they should give it back to the customers that made them as they are.
