I totally agree... the trailer sucked. The comedy seemed stupid, but it wasn't even that "good-stupid" comedy. And yes, the Matrix spoofs have to stop.
Everyone can be taught to sculpt: Michelangelo would have had to be taught how not to. So it is with the great programmers.
