Gack... Just realized that I haded posted here in FOREVER...

Well it has been release since October... New major update to the linux and OSX clients in in progress

I put it up a few days ago on the "Other downloads" page on ATITD. Alas it was discovered and posted to /. Guess it wasnt a bad thing, I just wanted to get some of the other kinks ironed out first.

Current things on my list...

1) No sound... re-writting entire sound subsystem to use OpenAL. So far the files load but arent playing correctly... Working on it... I will upload a new client once I have it worked out.

2) ATS crashes. (Disabled currently to prevent massive amounts of reports)

3) Black grass and water... This looks like a byte order issue which would explain a the ATI crashes. I swear ATI takes shortcuts and doesnt check imput before running things. Nvidia cards display as black, the ATI cards crash the app :-(

Still working on getting the installers and patchers to work correctly on OSX (Damn Resource forks)

The linux client was updated yesterday for lots of new things for Tale2.. (Check the README file)

Well today, I have completed the last last show stopper bug on my list of things for the Mac OSX port of "A Tale in the Desert".

I have started work on the installer and will probably use the same installer for both linux and OSX. Current choice is the Loki Installer.

The OSX client is still mildly buggy and only tested on my box, however, I want to get the installer working for the beta testers.
