N00b to the real world (Score 1)

I'm currently a Computer Science Engineer working at a major company for less than a year. I've used UML diagrams in college and the workplace. My overall expierence is as follows: 1) Create the UML model for the comceptual phase with just enough detail to cover all the important topics. 2) Update the UML model as the product moves through the preliminary phase. 3) Create a final UML diagram for each released version of the product.
