According to https://assetsprod.microsoft.com/pl-pl/benefits-guide-learn-more-about-updated-benefits.pdf, none of the options will include the Windows 10/11 operating system anymore. It only includes the cloud version of it.
I don't see why they are removing that, does MS really think all companies/people will be OK with going to the cloud version of windows?

That's funny, the people at Microsoft have obviously mastered that ability.

A better way would be to collect the ip's over time, those ip's that keep reoccurring over a period of say a few months are most likely dedicated spamming addresses. Although most large spammers probably keep shifting address and spoofing as you said since it would be to easy to stop them if they always used the same address. Unfortunately, a simple list of ip address won't really do much as they are not likely used more than a couple times each.

Does anyone else see anything wrong with this line:
"The device was magnetically mounted inside of the left wheel well of the car. The battery is attached by cable to the tracking device. The battery was magnetically mounted to the frame of the car"
Moving wheel connected by cable to not moving frame?

Or is it a typo?
