Property taxes—paying for fire, police, and emergency services that they will never use, plus some high-paying jobs taking care of it.. For poor counties these are giant revenue sources.

I'm not sure what needs to be done, but the way things are in the schools right now isn't working. Maybe some sort of hybrid AI/teacher system; smarter minds than mine really need to address the problems.

Cattle are often raised grazing land that couldn't be used for anything else. No resources wasted.

I don't think " success" means what they think it means. This game isn't even going to break even unless I'm missing something.

AI fabricates about 30-50% of its answers. I guess that would make a great therapist. I am actually shocked how often AI spits out BS as facts, it is an eye-opener.

Usually being interviewed by people you work with, or for. Very incestuous. You already knew all the "right answers" for the CYA treatment.

I worked at a University- it was the same. Almost all jobs were filled from within or by someone , somebody knew. And once you were in, virtually impossible to get you back out.

The elevator guy at the university I worked for was always super busy, he was training a replacement when I retired.
