I think that there's no easy or cheap solution. Should you run your own "data center"? Or should you choose IaaS? And which are the costs you have to pay?

OMG... you are a demi-god... ;-) More seriously, even when I used to be a developer for telecommunications systems, designing and writing tenth and tenth of thousands of line of code, I did it having on my desk the Ansi C reference and the references of the libraries I was using (also Std C library... I'm not ashamed to say)

oh well... basic, pascal, c, java, awk, bash, lisp... italiano, friulian, venetian, deutsch, english spoken and written but I can read french, spanish, portuguese :-)
