Pancho Pistolas's Journal: Belated cheesy happy, and cheeses?

I can't believe I forgot it (I've got many good reasons for remembering!), but yesterday was CHEESE WEASEL day! So, a belated Happy Cheese Weasel Day! to all my fellow tech peeps, and here's hoping you all found cheese underneath your keyboards (and not last year's, either!).

So...presuming you're able to partake (and with my sincerest apologies to all the lactose-intolorant), what's your favorite kind of cheese(s)?

I found out yesterday that Mt. Rushmore is in South Dakota. I knew it was somewhere in the U.S., but not exactly where. Anyway, in keeping with the theme (and making it multi-national for all my peeps the world over), what do you consider the representive icon(s) of your country/culture?

[Examples would include the Lincoln memorial, Wisconson's famous cheese production, London's Big Ben, etc.]
