No im not going there yet. I still have a few of the 656 friends that was on my friends list left in the game. As i stated in my email to SOE, i will be the last one of them to hit the cancel button, but hit it I will when they are all gone.
Ive played this game since August, 2003. While it has always been buggy as heck, after this week it is gone. Its not the game that we all came to know and love in one form or the other.
Musicians/Dancers cant be watched. Doctors cant heal/buff like before, and im not talking bout the uber buffs 2900+ 3.5+hours, im talking bout the simple ones, 2200-2500 2.5 hours, im talking bout healing health and action black bars that you were booted out of the game with the day they started this downgrade. Fencers now have a knockdown skill (yippee) except it doesnt last as long as it takes for you to be able to hit with the next skill. Crafters are whacked out, some are learning the new skills, while others who had millions of credits worth of weapons, powerups, meds, etc left on their vendors that didnt switch over have no clue.
Think thats the biggest problem with this downgrade, is that they didnt even see fit to upgrade their own holo-cran (in game manual) to tell us how to use all of this junk. It took me almost 2 hours the first day we could log in to even be able to move, because due to the new system i had used up 2 many skill points that just 2 days before i had extra ones to play with.
Many have lost houses, millions in credits, stuff that we had been collecting to start a VET Museum up. We have lost waypoints, and cant even find harvestors that were placed the day of the downgrade.
Yeah this game is now way different. Oh, yeah and SOE has out of the goodness of their hearts offered to double xp this next week for those of us that has stayed in apprectiation. YAY!!!! That means that i will get 2 xp for everything i kill instead of the 1 that i get now.
Yes i would like it back the way it was, even with the bugs that it had, and the inbalance at least we could play it, we knew what we were doing, unlike the people that pushed this downgrade out way to early.
