Nonetheless, I can't help suspecting that the Hot Wheels Rev-Up doesn't really climb vertical surfaces, like the school locker up which it is driving in the picture on the Corn Flakes box.

Anyway, you need four UPCs from specially marked products to get it, and I only have two.

They have magnets on the bottom. For a day or so last Christmas we had cars (and My Little Ponies, for that matter; they have magnets in their feet) running up and down our fridge.
