I'm looking at these screenshots, and I can't see myself buying this game. If I wanted something unrealistic, the graphics and non-player character damage is cheesy. The graphics don't look like they take full advantage of the engine, and from the sound of it are bulky.
If I wanted something realistic, the damage is still cheesy: is something going to leave that big a gaping hole in someone's chest cavity and leave the intestines perfectly arranged? Come on iD, you can do better than that.
