Re:Problems with Bell Atlantic ADSL (Score 1)

i live in the Philadelphia area and could tell you the exact same story. DO NOT GET ADSL from BellAtlantic/BellAtlntic.Net! the first 4 months i had the service it was actually up for 6 days! i spent more time on the phone with several levels of techsupport than online. in january i switched to another ISP (dca.net) and haven't had any signifcant problems since. weird... one would think that the BA - BA.Net combo should work better.. well. it doesn't!
