I Love boxtorrents. I leeched over 2tb from there and spoof my stats just fine. Well over a year there and nobody is the wiser. I really dont care if admin does ban entire ISPs. My most popular proxies are on earthlink, cox, rr and comcast. Ban if they must. Countless more .edu proxies. Quite easy getting public proxies. Yes, I'm bragging cause its just a stupid way to so call 'punish' their users via threats. Anyone able to spoof, sure as hell knows how to proxy fine.
