Was this article translated from another language? The syntax is messed up for native English. But, also, I don't believe there actually exists a live virus in any context used to determine Covid19 antibodies/PCR testing.
What is the difference between the Covid19 antibody and regular Coronavirus antibodies? How often does the Coronavirus mutate among human populations and do each of those mutations have different antibodies?
Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV were available for CDC use at the time the test was developed and this study conducted, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full length RNA (N gene; GenBank accession: MN908947.2) of known titer (RNA copies/L) spiked into a diluent consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen.
The above is from https://www.fda.gov/media/1349... and it states that they didn't actually have a sample of the Covid19 virus so they made one up based on the genetic structure provided by China/WHO from on-hand coronavirus'.
It's all bullshit.
