Most of the people under 30 an educated are all complaining about the toll on there mental health. 40+ and the guys who come from a rural farming background seem to never have these issues. Our foreign workers (mainly from developing countries in the pacific) do the hard yards an say it nice how the company gives them payed vacation, sick leave and the work much easier than what they did at home (lots of mechanised help). Again no mental issues. So yeah we have a group of under 40 "adults" from city backgrounds just are just useless soft cocks. Solution : Hire the rural Kids and train them up. Fuck college/uni degrees they are worthless. Our entire IT team is made up of guys that either grew up on farms or worked on farms. 9 man IT team with not a single degree among us. (over a billion in revenue and 2000 employees in manufacturing). Stock the fridge with beer for 4:45pm on Friday an where all good to go.

I was there (TM) It's not just the battle. It's the buildup. For 4 days we worked the system. Disrupting the enemy, destroying infrastructure. In the background spies worked there magic and Logistics move the materials of war into position. The phyc-ops and propagandist people boosted moral an got people to log in and participate. The battle is just one of the fun bits. 4000 pilots where just in the system. Without a doubt over 6000 pilots were involved on the day and closer to 10,000 for the buildup. EvE is serious spaceship business and this whole war is business. In EvE we are not ashamed to admit. We went to war for the Space monies.
